looking for house to rent in rutland county in Rutland, Vermont
In search of a house to rent in Rutland County!My husband and I are looking for a house to rent in Rutland county. We are currently in a lease which runs up Aug 1, xxxx. So looking to get into a place starting the 1st of August. We are currently working with Neighborhood Works in West Rutland, trying to get a home of our own. We have a couple things that we have to work on before qualifying for the loan through them. So we are looking for a house to rent until we can get our own. Looking to rent at least 2 + years!Looking to spend $xxxx a month for rent give or take. We are currently living in a house that we have a lease to own contract with, which runs up in Aug. When we signed and moved in we had a relative that was going to co sign for a loan for us. But due to an unforeseen medical condition with my cousin, They could not co sign. So because of this and the fact that we don't qualify for a loan on our own yet we are looking for a place to move to because we are unable to purchase the house we are in and that was our agreement when moving in.I am 26 years old and my husband is 35 years old. We are currently trying to have our first child and start our family. We do have 2 dogs, Labrador / Staffordshire Terrier mixes. They are very good dogs. Sierra is 6 years old and a sweet love bug. She loves attention from anyone that will give it to her. She is very good with kids, even sleeps under the blanket with my nephew when we take him over night. Justice is 2 years old, He loves to play fetch with his ball and lay in the sun. They are both very gentle and loving. They are not destructive or mean. They both are potty trained and crate trained. We have a kennel for each of them that they sleep in at night when we go to bed and also go in them when we are not home. They are never left out alone in the house.We need at least a 3 bedroom house as we will be having my mother in law moving in with us very shortly as she has COPD and needs constant care which I am giving her now in her apartment but she is going to be moving in with us when her lease runs up. She is on oxygen which she needs at all times. So there would be no smoking in the house because of this. We both do smoke but as I said with my mother in law we will be smoking outside.The house needs to be in Rutland County as this is where my mother in laws doctor's are. Would like a house outside Rutland city, but may consider the city depending on location.We have very good references, we are currently paying $xxxx a month plus utilities and never been late. We also pay the sewer and water taxes quarterly as that was part of our lease. We would love to stay here but due to losing our co signer and not meeting 1 of the qualifications of the USDA loan at this moment we are forced to find another place well we work with Neighborhood Works on getting qualified for the loan. Please if you have a home that you are looking to rent and it's in Rutland County we would love to hear from you. We are very nice and considerate people just looking for a chance to care for your home as if it was our own! We are quiet and keep to our self's and just looking for a place to start our family and care for my mother in law while we work on getting a home of our own!
